These Website Terms & Conditions apply to your use of chsfleetrentals.com, which is operated for CHS Fleet Rentals ("CHS"). By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when requesting a quote.

Website content is presented to help customers explore passenger van rental, dump trailer options and related services. The site is not a live reservation, availability, or payment system.

Quotes are not reservations

Submitting a form, selecting a service, or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not reserve a vehicle or trailer or guarantee equipment availability, price, rental terms, or a booking.

A CHS representative must verify requested dates, location, requirements and pricing. A reservation is only established under the terms of any later agreement accepted by CHS and the customer.

Vehicles, trailers and rates

Vehicle photography, three-dimensional models, descriptions, seating estimates and dimensions may be illustrative or refer to a vehicle family rather than an exact unit. Equipment condition, configuration, luggage capacity, availability and suitability must be confirmed directly with CHS.

Displayed trailer rates, such as base self-tow periods, are informational starting points unless CHS confirms them for your booking. Taxes, refundable deposits, permitted materials, weight limits, delivery, pickup, damage or other fees may apply as disclosed in the applicable quotation and rental agreement.

Customers should confirm trailer specifications, towing-vehicle compatibility, permits, license requirements and applicable load limits before use.

Rental eligibility and responsibilities

Actual rental eligibility, driver requirements, pickup procedures, insurance, payment, deposits, cancellation rules and vehicle use restrictions will be determined by the specific written rental agreement or confirmed CHS policy in effect for the reservation.

Do not rely solely on website summaries for transportation safety, equipment capacities, towing arrangements or legal compliance.

Service area and pickup directions

CHS provides information about Charleston and nearby rental markets. Coverage and delivery availability may vary. If collecting or returning equipment in North Charleston, confirm your agreed pickup time and the applicable entrance instructions with the team.

The website currently describes the Hobby Street entrance near the northwest corner of Noisette Boulevard and Turnbull Avenue. Mapping links and directions are informational and should be confirmed before travel.

Acceptable site use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or automated inquiry data, interfere with other visitors, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in ways that violate the law or others' rights.

CHS may limit access or investigate suspected misuse where permitted by law.

Third-party services and content

SMS messaging program

CHS Fleet Rentals offers optional non-marketing text messages about rental or trailer quote inquiries, requested dates, scheduling, pickup or return coordination, and customer support. With separate optional consent, CHS may also send promotional text messages concerning rental offers, discounts, and fleet announcements. Each type has its own unchecked checkbox on the inquiry forms; providing a phone number or submitting a form does not automatically grant SMS permission. Consent is not a condition of purchase or submitting an inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel the SMS service at any time: reply STOP to a CHS message to opt out. After your request is processed, CHS will stop program text messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact CHS at 803.566.2499 or [email protected].

SMS age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in or use the CHS Fleet Rentals SMS messaging service. You must also be authorized to receive messages at the mobile number you provide. This requirement applies to SMS communications; any age, driver, or license requirements for a rental are governed separately by the applicable rental agreement and CHS policy.

Privacy, data sharing and updates

CHS Fleet Rentals does not sell customers' personal information to third parties. We may use service providers to operate the website, process rental inquiries, manage communications and provide customer support on our behalf, or disclose information where required by law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. If you choose to receive CHS texts, the SMS Terms & Conditions also apply. SMS opt-in is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

We may revise these website terms as necessary. The version shown on this page applies to website use after the effective date, subject to applicable law and existing agreements.
