How do I request a rental?
Choose a vehicle type, share your trip dates and passenger count, and request a quote. The team confirms the vehicle, price and pickup arrangements before a reservation is finalized.
How many people can travel in a van?
The featured Sprinter and Transit listings accommodate up to 15 passengers. Tell us your group size and luggage needs so the team can confirm a suitable configuration. Seating and luggage space vary by vehicle.
What will my rental cost?
Pricing depends on the vehicle, dates, duration and trip details. Request an itemized quote for rental charges, mileage terms, taxes, applicable fees and any deposit. A request does not reserve a vehicle.
Do you offer corporate or production rates?
Yes. CHS Fleet Rentals advertises corporate and production rates. Share your schedule, number of vehicles and anticipated duration for a tailored quote.
What documents should I prepare?
The existing rental information lists a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and a valid credit card. Ask the team to confirm driver eligibility, coverage requirements and additional-driver rules for your reservation.
Where do I pick up my vehicle?
Confirm the exact pickup location and time with the team before you travel. For airport pickup, delivery or a different return location, describe your request when you inquire; these arrangements are subject to confirmation.
What are the mileage and cancellation rules?
Ask for the mileage allowance, excess-mileage rate, cancellation deadline, deposit terms and any early- or late-return charges in your written quote and rental agreement.
Can I rent more than one vehicle?
Yes, you can request multiple vehicles for the same trip. CHS has a 16-vehicle fleet; availability and the number of vehicles suited to your dates must be confirmed by the team.
